    Question hard to hit..mid chest and outter head tri...

    those are my two hard to hit areas...wondering what exercises will hit those really well...thanks!

    For the pecs, try a lower angle incline.

    Chest: DB bench instead of barbell, and machine flyes on the back fly machine sitting backwards. The hammerstrength press machine is also good for getting more benefit from an inward movement because of how they're angled,

    Tri: Rope pushdowns and close grip barbell bench.

    Seated or Bar Dips also work very well for many people.

    Are you stepping on stage anytime soon? If not then you don't need to worry about mid-chest or the outer head of your tris
