I'd have a "slower" form of protein before bed; otherwise, looks alright.

Looks alright. A couple things that may help... like Purge said, a slower digesting form of protein before bed can help gains. Casein protein is supposed to be best for slow digesting protein. Also, your post-workout has 2 scoops whey protein, but where are the carbs? You need to replenish muscle glycogen after training with lots of carbohydrates (preferrably maltodextrin) so I use Twinlab's UltraFuel, which has 100 carbs in a serving. There are plenty of different postworkout carb drinks out there... see which one is most appealing to you.

For bed if u dont have any casein u can add 5g of Fiber to the protien to slow the digestion. U can get fiber supps. anywhere (target, gnc, walmart etc) for pretty cheap. Also with the carb supp post WO NOW Carbo Gain is pretty good. It gives u 50g of carbs per serv. and its pretty cheap. But looks pretty good. Good Luck

Also, I think that the directions for Animal Pak say to take it on workout days 30 mins. pre-workout. Other than that, looks good. I'll be trying out Animal Flex soon too. Hoping it'll help out with my left shoulder. Good luck!

ya, I've called Universal and they say the Animal Pak w/ breakfast is perfectly fine. actually many of their sample stacks say to take it then.
and animal flex is amazing. I used to be able to roll my wrists around and hear them crack...not anymore.

If all you have is whey, then use milk in your pre-bed shake along with the fiber suggested above and a couple of fish oil caps or some natural peanut butter.

it's fine, but you could use that to cut as well; bulking and cutting is determined by diet not supplements
