    lactose intolerance and eggs again

    just to make sure im straight on this, dont eat the yolk or do? also, ive been reading alot and alot of good stuff to eat is dairy ****. BUT IM LACTOSE INTOLERANT!!! any dairy and im poopin and fartin. theres pills but they dont work. anyways i take whey protein and get gassy but is there anything i can do? can anyone advise. thanks
