Honestly thats wayyyy too many exercises for a full body routine. Its good that u got alot of compounds in there but its just too many. U should split them up into 2 or even 3 diff workouts.
Heres something u could do
Workout 1
Squats
Flat bench
BB Rows
Workout 2
Deadlift
M Press
Chin ups
Basically the idea is to get a lower body movement, a upper body push and an upper body pull movement in each workout.
U can vary the sets/reps/exercises to fit ur needs. I would go above 4 sets for each exerise though.
Do these in alternating fashion. 3 times a week would be plenty imo. For example
M-Workout 1
W-workout 2
F workout 1
And do Workout 2 on monday the next week.
Could also try rippetoes or madcows SF 5x5 if u want a good full body routine... Set up is similar to the one i posted.

Yea of course u can sustitute incline for flat.
As far as the reps and sets go, i kinda need to know what your goal is. I cant really tell you what the best way to do something cuz its different for eveyone. TO give u a general range id say stick with 5-10 reps on the exercises. More toward the lower end of the spectrum for strength and more towards the higher end for hypertrophy. Anywhere between that range shoudl be good.
That being said i think u just have to try it out for a couple months. See what u respond to best and format your program accordingly.
