alright guys, just wondered when you measure your arms do you measure them pumped or not. and also wondered how much you pull. on the latpulldown machine?

I dont know what is it in pounds but I lat pull 28 out of 30, and I think they are all 15lb plates so whatever that comes out to. As far as the arm measurement goes, if you measure them pumped they will be larger than they are unpumped, so whatever measurement you take always compare it to the same method next time.

It really really depends on the machine. I can do 270 on one machine, but only 130 on another. It has to do with the pulleys or whatnot in the machine and how much load they take off. Better to ask people how many pullups they can do, or how many they can do with weight added since gravity is constant
