In the morning my arms feel weak and low mass. should I do a set of curls to get some blood in them and make that vain stick out so I feel better about my arms 1st period. or should i just let them recoop from last night's work out???

Let them recuperate. You don't want to tear them down again while they are trying to rebuild.
