Thanks a lot man. The pic above is from I think November of last year, or maybe late October.
The pic attached is from January this year. I've made just a little progress in my shoulders since then (posting pictures next week).
I started working out when I was like 14 on and off and got serious when I turned 17. Stopped for a few years lol, started again at 19 real serious for a year. Stopped again and been serious since June of last year.Last edited by nkon; 02-10-2007 at 02:29 PM.

Don't worry man, you have the height of a bodybuilder 5'10" thats an ideal height for a bodybuilder who usually competes, don't bother yourself...just train and be the best you can be

You are a pure Meso with average shoulders and good development.
You have a very classic Davidesque build. http://www.asmilan.org/teachers/kwhe...elos_david.jpg
Your build is nice and you look healthy. Pure Meso's usually have the most "attractive" (no homo) builds.
Id say the dominant build for bbing is a Meso/endo hybrid, they can also build much more strength than a pure meso but need to really work to be lean.

Man look at this:
Bone Structure tells if your a Meso or not..But your frame i think is also a Meso...I think it should be better if you post a pics that is much clearer

Man here is a BIG clue..so that we will know better what is a mesomorph:
End Of The Story "officially Close"
MesoPeaks = PURE MESOMORPH
http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...edded/pics.jpg
its a widely believed myth that "body type" is about flesh rather than bone, so in the popular misbelief: skinny = ecto, muscular = meso, fat = endo, but body type is really mostly about bone structure, and all 3 types can be skinny, muscular or fat.
another proof man...

Hello guys, I know it is an old topic but I will renew it with this.
So, I've been doing a lot of swimming from the age of 12 and lifting from time to time and I'm wondering if I got broad shoulders or narrow. Here are some pics so you can give me your opinion and what should I work the most etc...
I'd post other pics if needed for specification if any.
Concerning my ratio:
I am 185 cm tall > 6'1
thanks again.
