Question So whats the number one Aid/Supplement for incresed Fat Loss

I am currently about to embark on a cutting cycle.I weigh 200lbs with roughly abt 20% bodyfat.Iv been traing about 5 years or so(Im 21yrs old).I usually train with weights 3 times a week and lift as heavy as i possibly can.My main problem is complex carbs like white bread etc.I am a very picky eater so i find it hard to eat properly.I am hoping to lose between 7-10% percent bodyfat.I then plan to start a bulking cycle.I would like to weigh about 250lbs with at most 10% bodyfat.I am currently considering wheter to try the ECA stack (I do not have any previous heart conditions or problems and have tried steroids before and no side effects) or to just buy some fat loss pills from BB.com (Lipo 6 or HotRox etc.).I have read 100's of posts about both The ECA stack and the aforementioned fat burners but everyones opinion contradicts one another. Can somebody please advise me as to which would be better for me?Thank you in advance for any replies

I would try to get to a plateau before you go with supps. and its going to be a personal choice, people react differently to each and one may work better than the other.

    Lightbulb

I would make a stack consisting of Dicana, ECA, and 3g CLA per day. Plus cardio, weightlifting, and low carb, moderate fat, moderate protein diet.

    An appetite suppressant if needed.

Other than that... nothing is really worth the money. Just stuff to make eating the right diet more convienient. Namely whey, fish oil, etc. because it sucks to have to eat fish and carry meat everywhere.

no one can answer that...everyone is different. you have to experiment. basically just do it, you could sit and plan forever without getting anything accomplished. by trying different things you'll learn what works or what doesnt work for your body

how effective is the eca stack?
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...=pubmed_docsum

By last observation carried forward analysis, herbal vs placebo treatment decreased body weight (-5.3 vs. -2.6 kg), body fat (-4.3 vs. -2.7 kg) and LDL-cholesterol (-8 vs. 0 mg/dl), and increased HDL-cholesterol (+2.7 vs. -0.3 mg/dl).
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...=pubmed_docsum

In phase II, weight loss at 12 weeks was 3.5 kg with C&E compared with 0.8 kg with placebo. The percentage fat lost, shown by DXA, was 7.9 % with C&E and 1.9 % with placebo.
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...=pubmed_docsum

Subjects receiving the 'active' treatment experienced, on average, an additional 1.5 kg of weight loss compared with subjects receiving the placebo. In addition, subjects receiving the 'active' treatment experienced greater reductions in BMI and waist circumference over the 12-week period.
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...=pubmed_docsum

Forty-one women completed the study. The treatment group lost significantly more body weight (-7.18 kg) and body fat (-5.33 kg) than the control group (-2.25 and -0.99 kg, respectively)
    Regards,
