My fitness trainer swears up and down on Beverly. I noticed they are more expensive than most and I hear alot of the pros use it. I look at the ingredients and not to impressed. Is Beverly supplements over priced average quality supplements?

Beverly makes fantastic products and instead of hyping thier products via dishonest advertising, rely on their strong reputation for quality to spread the word. I truly admire Beverly as a company. That being said there are other smaller companies that put out strong products that are equally deserving of your money and which cost less. Beverly is good if you can afford their products, and think of it as a donation to keep advertisering more honest.

Your company does make excellent products that taste amazing. XF is one of the smaller companies I was referring to in my earlier post. You all have been ahead of the curve for years in supplementation and deserve credit for your innovation. ICE, Relentless, Ultrapeptide, Vendetta, all of these products are copied now. What do you plan now that others have caught up? MAN is one of other companies I greatly admire. How about a 5 pound tub of ultra peptide for $45.00.

hmm what type of proof are you looking for? I mean are you looking for the protein grade that is used or what??? I dont have any proof that its better and to be honest i dont know if anything would prove it. I do know I have tried many types of protein and i know Beverly is very distinct in texture. Its a lot thicker than other proteins. Of course this does not prove anything but it definitley works well for me.

Look in this month's "Planet Muscle" when they had Muscle Provider & Ultimate Muscle Protein tested for ingredients. They exceeded what the labels had listed. My experience has always been that they make the best protein products and I do agree with some of the other posts that you are probably better off going to other companies for other supplements. They are expensive but in this case you get what you pay for!

I dont know anything about QA when it comes to food products but let's say the protein exceeds label by 5 grams, isn't this considered a lack of QA?
I know everyone likes to get more for their money but wouldn't this be a bit much?
Now if it exceeds the label by a gram or two then no big deal but anything more than that might be excessive in my opinion.
Please do not think I am a Beverly hater but I think they do a fine job of marketing themselves as the protein kings. I am sure they pay a lot of $$$$ to be a sponsor of Planet Muscle.
Again, if you like Beverly, cool, all I am saying is that there are other alternatives that are not as expensive.
Thanks

Asking whether it is enough to justify costs is indeed asking for a personal opinion, however, finding out how much Beverly has exceeded their claims is not.
My point is trying to set tha facts straight so people can make an informed decision. In tha end of course it comes down to individual opinion or preference. But if you have based your vote on hearsay, you're going to end up tha type of lemming most company hope for.
Ya know, right now this isn't a battle between BSL/Xtreme vs. Beverly although I get tha impression some think that. All I want to see is some solid proof. Is it wrong for me to be an informed consumer as well? Maybe it'll come out that Beverly product are infact superior to BSL's, but tha only thing I've seen so far is Beverly exceeding label claims giving this stance any merit.Xtreme Formulations

So if you wanted to know how much Beverly has exceeded their claims then why not ask that in the first place? You asked if it was "worth the difference" which is a personal opinion.
No one said it was wrong for you to be an informed customer. My vote is not based on "Hearsay" its based on what ive tried. Have you ever tried Beverly? My 45lb transformation! (updated pics toward the end)
