I am on my 3rd day of taking Ergopharm 1AD and their oral 4AD and Ive had terrible gas last night and today. Also feel like I got hit by a truck. Body aches like I have the flu. Diet is the same as before I started with a homemade weight gainer thrown in. Don't think thats the problem.
I did take a week off before I started, and thought maybe I overloaded my body on Sunday and Monday with my workouts, but I felt great while lifting.

I don't know if the 1-AD/4-AD caused it, but I do know that you shouldn't have bought oral 4-AD. Only transdermal will give you results.
