    which one is better

    which one is better green mag, creatine monohydrate, anator p70, or Extreme NOS2. can you please tell me which one gives you the best results and which ones are **** ? (and why)

    You could compare CM and GM as they are both creatines. But Anator is much more than just creatine (its a post workout recovery drink) and Extreme NOS2 is more of a nitric oxide product.

    These products are designed for different goals. What are your goals? Strength, size, vascularity. I truly believe that someone of your age does not need a NO product as your body produces enough of it naturally. And for the creatine, GreenMag has gotten rave reviews on this board, I have never tried it, but I have responded well to AST's Micronized Creatine in the past (minimal bloat and great strength gains). Hope this helps a little.
