Question On Blue Up???
What Up Fellas...i Just Got My Bottle Of Controlled Labs "blue Up" As Part Of My Pct And I Was Wonderin It Says To Take 2 Caps 30-40 Mins Before Workout, So Do I Need To Take It On My Non Workout Days??? If So What Time Of The Day Will Be Best To Take It???

yup, everyday. timing on off days doesnt matter, morning is best if you like the energy jolt.
