TOPIC: What Is The Best Workout For Fitness Contest Prep?

For the week of: 12/19 - 12/24
Sunday @ Midnight Is The Final Cut (Mountain Time, US & Canada).

For some it is the middle of the bulking season, but for others, the competition season is just around the corner. Fitness competitors do not only have to worry about training in the gym or posing prep, they also have to prepare/choreograph a fitness routine for whatever contest they decide to enter.

What is the best workout for a fitness athlete preparing for a competition?

How long does it take to prepare a routine for an upcoming show?

Does the music have any affect on what the judging outcome will be?

How do you break up training time, posing practice, and routine practice?

Bonus: Women sometimes have a more difficult time getting the fat off for shows. What are some ways they can do this without jeopardizing their health?
