What else can i take for muscle recovery.. My legg workout is making me sore.. any advise??

take in more protein. you already have Purple Wraath, that should be helping. eat more protein and drink more protein powder. otherwise, just tuff it out. doing heavy squats can leave me sore for like 4 or 5 days straight...

Protein. Make sure you are getting enough for proper recovery. Rest is the biggest thing you can do.

And your leg workout should be making you sore, that means your doing it right.
