Burnin’ Fat with CUTTING EDGE LAB’S N-CINERATE

*This is my first log so anyone with any pointers or suggestions feel free to throw them my way...Anything I'm missing just let me know*
Background
I am 21 and go to Penn State. I started casually lifting in high school to lose weight because I weighed 285lbs. I eventually slimmed down to about 210 then decided to add some muscle the summer before college and the beginning of Freshman Year. I got lazy half way through the year and gained the Freshman 15 and lost muscle mass as well. Sophomore year rolled around and I got back into lifting and I've been in love with it ever since. I've been making great strength gains the past 2 and 1/4 years leaned out a little and added 20-25lbs of muscle. I am sitting at 245lbs, which is more than I want to weigh. I'd like to drop 20-30lbs of fat by the time I graduate.
About Me/Measurements:
Age: 21
Height: 6'0
Weight: 241lbs (Will weigh myself daily when I go to the gym. The scale I have at my home is one of those electrical ones that gives me a different weight every minute)
BF% ~ 20? Will figure out hopefully within the next few days.
Body Type - Endo/Meso
Water Weight – 55%? (Measured on one of those scales that reads BF and water weight…it’s not always accurate so that is only an estimation)
Waist - 41.5" (Measured just below the belly button)
Arms - L17" R16.5"
Quads - R26.5" L 26"
Chest - 48"
*All of these are pretty close estimates done myself
Workout Plan:
Day 1= Shoulders, Tris, and Chest
Day 2= Legs and Abs
Day 3= Off (Usually do Cardio)
Day 4=Back and Bis
Day 5=chest, shoulders, Tris
Day 6=Off (cardio)
Day 7= Legs and Abs
Day 8=Back and Bis
Day 9=Off (cardio)
Day 10= Repeat

Diet: I’m at home for Christmas break so I’ll be able to control what I eat more so than I do at school. I’m trying to lean out a little so I should be eating mostly protein with some complex carbs and good fat. Trying to cut out all white rice and breads, which is hard especially around this time of year.
Supplements:
ON 100% Whey Protein – Post workout and when I need a quick meal with protein
NOW Fish Oil – 4-6 capsules daily with food
NOW Adam Multivitamins – One with breakfast and the other with lunch
Green MAGnitude – Pre-workout on workout days only (I was taking Green MAG everyday, but since I am not supposed combine it with Yohimbe I am limiting it to pre-workout only)
I started the "tolerance" phase on Saturday and finished it up today. Didn’t notice much of a difference in the way I felt, but I didn’t really expect to on one capsule twice in a day. I was sweating a bit more than I had been, but that could’ve been due to the unseasonably warm temperatures. Tomorrow I’ll be starting with two capsules in the morning before breakfast then two more later in the day. I will try to update this log daily. Tomorrow I’ll be getting some more pictures up and hopefully along with a BF measurement.

Great start man, very detailed and formatted nicely.
I feel ya on the being at home diet better then the college diet. its so hard to eat healthy when everyone wants to go out to eat all the time or you have to cook yourself everyday.
weather: it has been nice around here hasnt it. i heard tommorow is supposed to get cold though, so good thing u r bumpin the ncinerate dosage up

Yea it didn't really feel like I was any hotter, but I was sweating more. I just took 3 capsules about 30 minutes ago on an empty stomach..I do feel warmer. I'm sure I'll be sweating my ass off at the gym today. Tomorrow I have a polygraph test with the State Police so I'll be sweating like a maniac during that. Leg day today!...should have that posted by dinner time. 8 was a new PR for me so hopefully i'll set some new PRs for legs!

Breakfast i had 4 eggs, two pieces of whole wheat toast, and a glass of milk. I'm feeling like I've got tons of energy and I didn't get as much sleep as usual so I think the N-Cinerate is workin!

First Day Thoughts...
Ok...first day at full dosage for N-CINERATE
THOUGHTS:
Definitely noticed more energy at the gym which is obviously a good thing. Felt a little warmer than usual, but didn't sweat much because it wasn't a high intensity workout and they usually keep it pretty cool in there. The only negative is I feel a little more on edge than usual, which was expected. It was my first full dosage so that probably had something to do with it. I had also been taking Green MAG(didn't take it today), which when combined with "yohimbe" increases the side effects...so I'll probably stop taking Green MAG for now and see if I feel a difference.
*As previously stated I have a polygraph test tomorrow with the State Police. I'll forgo taking the first dose tomorrow so I can be as relaxed as possible for the test.

First Leg workout with N-CINERATE
FOOD
Turkey Sandwich on wheat bread with mustard and American cheese for lunch. Bowl of Oatmeal with brown sugar and milk pre-workout
3 N-CINERATE capsules about 30 minutes b4 workout
Protein Shake with ab 18oz of milk and two scoops of ON WHEY
Chicken, Brown Rice, and some green beans are on the menu for dinner.
Probably some cottage cheese for something before i get to sleep
LEG DAY
Started out by weighing myself. 237lbs today...ok now to my workout...
Started out with SQUATS, but the squat rack didn't have a safety so I kinda had to take it easy today. I concentrated on going parallel with the ground on the first few sets with a wider stance trying to build the inside of my legs a little bit.

The next two sets I didn't go down quite as far, but close to parallel and took my normal width stance.

ROMANIAN DEAD LIFTS - I did these standing on a 6" box for the first time so it was a little different than I usually do.

*I tried to concentrate on stretching out the hammys...one thing i did figure out is i'm not very flexible so i gotta work on that.
CALF RAISES (Did them on a Cybex machine that I've never used before.

*They were all pretty easy so I'll bump up the weight next time. Got a good burn from them.
For Abs I did some Hanging Leg Raises...Gotta work on my form on these for sure.

Finished up with a 12 Leg raises(kept my legs straight as I brought them up parallel to the ground) super set with 12 Knee Ups.
Overall I thought it was a good workout. I had energy throughout my entire workout without my Green MAG, which i was unsure of how it would go without it. My energy peaked in the beginning with squats(always happens like this), but was steady through. I think it was just because I don't get as hyped up about Romanians or Calf raises as Squats.

Thanks...hopefully it goes well.
Got my body fat % figured out tonight. I came up with 17% by averaging 7 skin fold measurements. I had my girlfriend help me with it so I'm sure it's not exact, but it should be pretty close. Tomorrow is a busy day off for me so I probably won't be updating...but I took some pictures tonight that I might put up...we'll see.

Another thing i've noticed is i'm ****tin more than i usually do (and it turned red!) so i guess it just makes ya **** out the fat haha...I dunno if anyone else noticed that?

Haha Thanks..I gotta keep telling myself I'm not nearly strong enough so I stay motived...Keep at it and your lifts will get to where mine are!
*Side Note* I was reading his log and he said his appetite was down...mine is too, but I didn't realize it until now. I usually eat like a "insert animal that eats a ****load" and the past few days I haven't been nearly as hungry so I haven't been eating as much.

Pretty much the same as yesterday except hard boiled eggs instead of cottage cheese before my workout.
Weighed myself at the gym and I weighed a touch over 233. I can't imagine all the weight loss was water weight so I've gotta credit my diet and N-Cinerate for the rest of it.

*Hadn't done these for 5-6 months so I really didn't know what to expect. Damn smith machine was shaking like crazy so I had to keep it as slow and controlled as possible. I had some guy spot me on the last set and his dumbass dripped sweat on my face so I gave up after 3...I might have been able to push out another rep too.

The N-Cinerate definitely keeps me energized throughout my workout. I started to feel a little nauseas at this point...not really sure why, but it didn't affect my workout that much.

*Really slowed down on the last set to make sure I got a KILLER! pump and made sure I stretched my chest out a lot too. Didn't take much of a break between the sets and jumping right from presses to flies really wore me out as you can see only getting 55s on my last set. That made me feel like a HUGE pussy b/c last time I did dumbbell curls I was doing 55s haha. That exercise is a great way to finish up the workout. It really gives me a great pumped and my chest looks and feels huge after that. If you've never done it I suggest giving it a try (flat or incline)...never do it in the beginning of a workout if you plan on doing any other chest exercises though.
*So far i'm very pleased with N-Cinerate. I'm happy with the energy it's giving me. I feel energized throughout the day and i'm not eating as much as i did over the past few months. The edginess I had the first day is not here anymore so I'm pleased with that. It was probably from the Green MAG which I have since stopped taking. Today was the first day I felt a little nauseas and hopefully it's only a one time thing. Tomorrow should be an off day, but I'm working out anyway because Christmas is on a workout day and it's screwing that up for me.

Day 5!...Workin out on a day off
DIET
Corn Muffin, Oatmeal, eggs, multis, 2 doses of NCinerate before my workout. Gotta make sure I eat a HUGE dinner so I have enough calories in the day.

*Weighed myself and was 234+. My right groin hurt after I started squatting so I couldn't push myself as much as I usually do. Nothing serious, just normal workout pains.

Sorry for the lack of updates the past few days, but Christmas is a busy time as you all know. Tomorrow is a day off from lifting, but I'll be running on the treadmill if my groin can handle it. Glad to see my weight is staying below 235...next step is getting it below 230 and keeping it there. After a week of being on N-Cinerate I have to say I like it. I've dropped a few lbs and I feel good. No adverse side affects...but my poop is still red!

Day 10..."Off Day"
Day 10
Today is an off day which means I'm doing cardio. I haven't ran in about three weeks so it was pretty brutal. I ran on the treadmill for a little under 10 minutes with varying speeds and inclines. Then I went outside and ran some wind sprints and some "suicides" . Doing legs yesterday didn't help at all b/c I felt like I was gonna trip over myself as soon as I started running. Got the usual energy boost from N-Cinerate...definitely sweating more than usual and it's really not warm outside so I could feel the N-Cinerate melting that fat off!
Diet
Eggs and Toast for breakfast about 30 minutes after waking up and taking N-Cinerate. Had my multis and fish oil then ate some cottage cheese with tuna. Took the other 3 capsules of N-Cinerate 30 minutes before my run and now I'm having my 2 scoops of ON Whey with 18oz of milk. Dinner will be some sort of chicken and broccoli with cheese casserole thing my girlfriend is whippin up! Gotta love a girl who can cook!

Anyway...
Day 11 (Yesterday)
Diet was just ab the same as the other days. I'm really cutting the calories and eating better for the most part so I'll be disappointed if I don't see more than a few lb weight loss by the end of this. I have about a weeks supply left so we're coming down the home stretch here...really gotta turn it on this last week to make sure I get the most out of this.
Weight - 236 *I drank a few bottles of water right before i went to the gym so I'm assuming that was the cause of the extra jump in weight. If today i'm 236 again I'll just assume that N-Cinerate is EXTREMELY anabolic and I gained 2-3lbs of muscle in a couple days.

*Last set I didn't take as wide of a grip as I was taking. Haven't done these since october so it was a good feeling doing them again. My gym is always very cool so I don't sweat much, but I have noticed that it doesn't "feel" as cool at the gym or in my house (I swear my parents are eskimos) so I can tell the N-Cinerate is keeping my body warmer.

*This was the first time I've ever done these so i really didn't know what to expect...my bis are sore today so i'll be doin them for sure again.
On a little side note...if you don't have any music from Metallica's S&M album on your "Gym Mix" i suggest you add some especially "Battary, Fuel, or Of Wolf and Man" no need for a Pre-Workout sup to get me pumped when listening to them!

*Switched up how i did these to make them harder and incorporate the "core" more. This way better emulates the dumbbell overhead extensions which are hard on my elbow that i hard surgery on.
*Overall this was a really good workout. I had a HUGE pump and i don't take any NO boosters so i was pretty "pumped" about that. (apologies for the pun...no homo intended) I've got to give more credit to N-Cinerate for keeping me energized throughout my workout even though i've cut my carbs. All I had to eat today was Oatmeal...3 scrambled eggs for breakfast then 4 hardboiled eggs and a yogurt before and the rest of my N-Cinerate dosage before the gym. Energy wise I really haven't noticed a drop since coming off Green MAG and that gave me a big boost of energy while working out. It kills the appetite too...I usually eat like crazy, but now I eat somewhat like a normal person
