Burnin’ Fat with CUTTING EDGE LAB’S N-CINERATE
*This is my first log so anyone with any pointers or suggestions feel free to throw them my way...Anything I'm missing just let me know*
I am 21 and go to Penn State. I started casually lifting in high school to lose weight because I weighed 285lbs. I eventually slimmed down to about 210 then decided to add some muscle the summer before college and the beginning of Freshman Year. I got lazy half way through the year and gained the Freshman 15 and lost muscle mass as well. Sophomore year rolled around and I got back into lifting and I've been in love with it ever since. I've been making great strength gains the past 2 and 1/4 years leaned out a little and added 20-25lbs of muscle. I am sitting at 245lbs, which is more than I want to weigh. I'd like to drop 20-30lbs of fat by the time I graduate.
Weight: 241lbs (Will weigh myself daily when I go to the gym. The scale I have at my home is one of those electrical ones that gives me a different weight every minute)
BF% ~ 20? Will figure out hopefully within the next few days.
Body Type - Endo/Meso
Water Weight – 55%? (Measured on one of those scales that reads BF and water weight…it’s not always accurate so that is only an estimation)
Waist - 41.5" (Measured just below the belly button)
Arms - L17" R16.5"
Quads - R26.5" L 26"
Chest - 48"

Day 1= Shoulders, Tris, and Chest
Day 2= Legs and Abs
Day 3= Off (Usually do Cardio)
Day 4=Back and Bis
Day 5=chest, shoulders, Tris
Day 6=Off (cardio)
Day 7= Legs and Abs
Day 8=Back and Bis
Day 9=Off (cardio)
Day 10= Repeat

Diet: I’m at home for Christmas break so I’ll be able to control what I eat more so than I do at school. I’m trying to lean out a little so I should be eating mostly protein with some complex carbs and good fat. Trying to cut out all white rice and breads, which is hard especially around this time of year.
ON 100% Whey Protein – Post workout and when I need a quick meal with protein
NOW Fish Oil – 4-6 capsules daily with food
NOW Adam Multivitamins – One with breakfast and the other with lunch
Green MAGnitude – Pre-workout on workout days only (I was taking Green MAG everyday, but since I am not supposed combine it with Yohimbe I am limiting it to pre-workout only)
I started the "tolerance" phase on Saturday and finished it up today. Didn’t notice much of a difference in the way I felt, but I didn’t really expect to on one capsule twice in a day. I was sweating a bit more than I had been, but that could’ve been due to the unseasonably warm temperatures. Tomorrow I’ll be starting with two capsules in the morning before breakfast then two more later in the day. I will try to update this log daily. Tomorrow I’ll be getting some more pictures up and hopefully along with a BF measurement.
