Rate my order :)

I'm trying out some new products that i've been reading up on for quite some time now. Any feedback on my purchase would be great.

ONs: 100% Xtreme Chocolate Whey (Been with this stuff for awhile, im very confident of this)
Designer Supp: Sustain (my night time protein, never tried it before, here's hopin)
Ergopharm: Amp (sometimes I need a lil kick at the gym, heard this stuff is good, never tried it though)
Controlled Labs: SesaGlow (i tried SAN sesamin and didn't really see any results so I thought I would try this. Read good things)
NOW: Adam (Been with this Vitamin for awhile now, have always liked it )
I also take fish oil, that I purchase at wally world, cheap and effective.
I also use Omega Sport's Thunder and am just finishing up my bucket of shock therapy (though I didnt seem to see any results from that.)

My goal: Gain body mass while trying to keep muscle definition (seems to be the goal of everyone). My diet consists of 4 eggs in the morning (whites and yokes I love eggs!) 1 protein shake, 3 hours later a can of chicken 24g of protein, 2 hours later chicken and rice or minute noodles, 3 hours later protein shake, then usually my workout followed by another protein shake, then 2 hours later chicken and rice/noodles followed by a casein protein shake. Each shake is mixed with 2cups of Skim milk. Im having a very hard time gaining weight, I know i just need to up my calories, but it seems extremely hard to do so. I've been trying to stay away from a supp'd weight gainer, but that may be my next option. Any help would be appreciated.

sustain is a casein protein supplement not whey like Dymatize Elite. I would stick w/ the Sustain. Good choice IMO.

I would then get another tub of Sustain instead of the Sesaglow.

They all look like good choices but i doubt you will see much from seasaglow as far as fat loss goes. It's still a good supp for over all heath though.

Ya, and CL's sesamin was way cheaper than SANs based on $$ per serving. I read somewhere that people taking Sesamin helps there skin...what is that about?

To be fair, most sesamin products will have the same results. Adjust dosage as needed, and keep us updated.

You have to pay for quality.

Not quite the same. Sustain contains some ingredients that you just don't get when having whey mixed with milk. In addition, the carbohydrate count is ~75% less than what you are suggesting. Some people don't want carbs before bed or would rather not increase their carbohydrate intake in that way.

It's a quality product. I think it's well worth the money.
