Woah, well, thanks! Hahaha, you will get your lifts way higher, esp. since im not training ME and De squat for a while for my back.

yea, i'm just now almost fully recovered from a back pull. they really suck. good luck with your injury. nice work on the prs.

looks good.. 9 inches is fine for lockouts, but i think most people prefer less

I know how much that time off sucks. I myself was at a state were i was sick like that. Sick for 3 days and lost like 15 pounds then took 3 off to build a house. Time for you to get back on the road to success!

Comments : As you can see, it is very clear that i have lost some strength, it has all to do with being sick, not touching a weight for 4 weeks, cutting and sometimes calories much to low(especialy when sick). but hey i dont get down im gonna turn up the eat and there be some nice 10lb PR's waiting for me next week.
