Getting Ripped for Summer
Ok folk I need a little workout advice. Currently 6'0", 195 lbs. My goal by June 20, 2007 is to weigh between 205 and 210 and be pretty ripped(ya know, show off some 6 pack abs at the pool). The problem is I've always known how to workout to gain strength and size, but I really don't know how to workout to keep the size I have now but to also burn the fat so I can show of those abs. Can anyone give me a little advice on how I should lift, eat, and involve cardio in my workout to reach my goals?
