My rugby coach likes to have us do the Beep test at the beginning of every season. I usually get a bad score, like last year I got a 6.5
I would really like to nail it this year, my goal would be to get a 10.
Please keep in mind I am 5x5 right now and I have till the end of January.

My advice is to simulate the beep test outside of school. Have a friend set it up for you and time you. Continue doing it until you improve. Or maybe work on speed endurance with some long sprints. Good luck
