I want a big muscled ass. How do I go about doing that?
In my hamstring workout I included some stiff legged deadlifts. I also do squads (as low as my flexibility allows, almost ass on the floor) and leg presses (as low as possible). These focus mostly on quads but are they also the best exercises possible for the glutes?
Btw is the elleptical machine useful in building muscle if you do very short but hard resistance session? I believe the ones at my gym have a GLUTEUS setting where it works the glutes more. Maybe I could add this to my ass workout? lol
