    ohhh man this overtraining stuff is nonsense.

    i wouldn't worry about it. but symptons would be getting weaker from session to session, always feeling tired, elevated resting heart rate ect. As long as you're not lifting balls to wall 6 days a week for 90 minutes at a time I wouldn't worry about.

    make sure you have adequate sleep each night, 6-8 hours and make sure that your diet is up to par. As long as you eat right and sleep right, you should be just fine like the gentleman before said.

    Could the heat be a factory? Every hot day i try and workout on it seems to just totally drain my energy.

    Unless it could be due to my change in sleep patterns, meaning im not going to sleep at the same time or getting the same amount of sleep because of the hot days.

    take a week off....then follow a conservative routine....dont do dumb stuff like going to failure on too many sets etc
