    I wake up at 6 and work out by 6:45. I don't eat until around 7:30 or so. Should I take it when I wake up and use it as a pre-workout supp or wait till I eat breakfast? I usually take NO-Explode before I work out to wake me up.

    you're better off taking it with food. dosing before/after workouts is really irrelevant. if you have a preworkout meal or high protein shake, then it would be more appropriate preworkout. 2 caps per dose.

    I don't have time to eat before my workout because I have to workout so early. I'm usually in the gym at 6:35 but wake up at 6. And I'd rather not puke...So just wait till after my workout to take my first dose? Will I still be good working out at 6:45 when my last dose was the night before?

    yes. ecdysterone has a 9hour half-life. e-bol isn't a preworkout/postworkout supplement. it's something that you take regularly to build up levels and have 24 hour anabolism.


    also, you should seriously consider having at least a protein shake before you workout. having some protein and carbs will definitely help to improve your workout and your gains.

    I'd try to take some protein as soon as you can after you wake up, but anything will be better than working out after a ~8 hour fast.

    Yes and I also know some directions (like creatine products that tell you to take 4 servings for the first week) are not always the ideal way to take supps. So sorry for asking.

    yes, and we also have an e-bol info thread. i think the most common question about e-bol is asking if it needs PCT or if it's a hormonal product; it says it's non-hormonal on the label!!!

    Yep, it's both crazy and a little sad that people run right to the message boards when the info is all on the label or a previous thread that would be found with a 5 second search.
