Depends, myself, I like women with six packs. I like to see definition. Of course, I'm older, perhaps that has to do with it. I'm not intimidated by women with muscles.

On the flip side, plenty of women don't like men with six packs either. Too muscular for thier tastes. I wonder how many of the men on this board would be disappointed to know that?

anything less than 11-15% body fat on a woman = gross

why is that so many woman have a hard time finding that range?? - the woman who are into fitness are like 7% BF (Gross), the ones who are not are like 19 or 20% BF with no muscle at all (also gross)

11-15% (more near 15 than 11) is perfect

I agree completely. 11-17% is perfect. Anything below 11% is repulsive IMHO. Most guys (except fake internet complementing suck ups) will agree. Of course there are exceptions in preferences though.

When most guys think of attractiveness they think of a nice rack, a nice ass and a cute face. Not a six pack.
