Nichole's N-Cinerate log
First of all, I would like to thank CEL for this opportunity. I got the shipment a couple days ago, but I decided to start the log today.
Anyway, as per instructions, I started off with 1 pill, 2x daily, and went to 2 pills, 2x daily yesterday, and today went to 3 pills, 2x daily.
So far, I am noticing a ton more energy and stamina, and Ive been able to run for quite a bit longer than usual. I have had some experience with fat burners, but this seems to be alittle more than just a thermo/energy supp. So far, Im pretty impressed.
My background: I have been playing soccer since I can remember, I started playing tennis about 2 years ago, and I have been working out/keeping up with fitness almost reiligously.
Stats:
Age: 18
Height:5'7"
Weight:127
BF%: 22
Supps:
ON Whey
Muscle Milk
CL Green Mag.

Oooo... Cool. I started out my dosage the same way as you! That thermo part is crazy! But I haven't been feeling the energy though. Good luck with N-Cinerate!!! If you have time, check out my log of it. Suggestions ALWAYS welcome.

Well the last few days has been hell over here in Western Washington, maybe some have heard about the huge windstorm we had. My power had just got turned back on after more then 3 days without it and still 700,000 people are without power so I've been out of the workout for awhile until my gym gets power etc.
But since I've been trying to save gas since its hard to get without waiting or driving hours for it, I've been jogging down to the grocery store and other local stores that have generators etc. I've been feeling great after wards and I don't get very tired. I've noticed a lot more energy as well, but it is really mood elevating for me. Ive noticed my stomach is a bit firmer, so I think its doing its job well.
Briefly describe your meal plan?
Meal 1: Fruit, Cereal, Protein Drink, and Orange or Mango Juice
Meal 2: Sandwich, Water, and Soup
Meal 3: Protein Drink, and Pasta
Meal 4: Fruit, Salad, Water & Juice
Meal 5: Light Protein Drink, and Toast
Meal 6: Meat (Chicken, Steak, etc.), Water, and Veggies (Potatoes, Salad, etc.)
What is your training schedule and routine?
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Rest/Cardio
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Rest/Cardio
Saturday: Back
Sunday: Rest/Cardio

My friend who goes to school in Washington came back to San Francisco to visit right BEFORE the storm started. She was lucky. Oh, sorry to here about your situation lol. Hope you and your family are safe though.

I am really sorry for the delay, I have been very busy with the christmas season and preparations, and everything else that has been going on.
I have been keeping up with my N-Cinerate, though, and I have kept up with my fitness regimen.
So far, I have lost about a pound a week, and I will be measuring bodyfat with calipers soon. I really want to know if this weight is just water, fat, or (hopefully not) muscle.
I am still very impressed witht this product, and my energy level is just about perfect all day long, as long as I time my doses at the same-ish time each day.
I will be able to update much more regularly after Christmas!

I thought there would be more to this log, but there is really nothing new to report. This should in no way be seen as a bad thing! I have had NO problems with N-cinerate.
When I look at a supplement, I want to know what it will do, and I want to know that I can trust and depend on it, and I have full trust in this.
It has been giving me sustained, quick energy, and has made my runs and workouts a breeze. I used it all day today when I went snowboarding, and the thermogenic properties kept me toasy inside my jacket (may have just been the placebo effect, but whatever, it worked).
I am noticing my arms are getting much firmer, and I know that by tomorrow, my legs will be following suit.
I have lost another pound, and I am thoroughly impressed with this product.

I snowboard here in WA.
According to my scale, I've dropped about 3 pounds so far and 1.5% bodyfat. Im sick right now, so I have been spacing out the doses to 1 at a time throughout the day. It makes it a lot easier on my stomach.

Well I am just NOW getting better. Ive been using N-CINERATE daily to keep some kind of energy going, but its been pretty rough. Everyother day I feel better, and the days between I cant do anything. Ive never had a sore throad this bad.
N-C has been keeping some energy in me, making my mood a lot better than it would be without it. I think I have lost a bit of weight but I am pretty sure its muscle/water, because I feel pretty weak right now. Its probably going to be a long road trying to gain it back, which is tough for me.
Ill be using N-C til the bottle is empty though! It will definitely keep my gains dry...dry as in low fat. This is a pretty rough time, but I can look forward to when I get better and make better gains than I did before I got sick.

Due to unforseen cicumstances, as in there was a death in my family, I have been out of the area and unable to get to a computer with internet. I lost someone very close to me.
In the process, however, I finished the N-cinerate. I am very sorry for this, but there was nothing I could do about it.
FINAL REVIEW
Consistancy 9/10 Pretty dependable, as in I always knew what I was going to experience.
Thermogenesis 7/10 In the beginning it worked well for a thermo, but at the end I didnt feel it at all.
Effectiveness 9/10 It kept the weight off, and gave me great energy
OVERALL 8.5/10 It worked the best in the beginning and tapered off near the end. I will purchase this again in the future, but for now I am going to clean bulk.
Again, to CEL, bigbridrol, everyone: I am very sorry for my lack of logging, but I am still very thankful for the opportunity!
