Hi I am new on the forum and relatively new in body building so I would like some help from you guys.
Right now I weight 185 and the supplement I take is http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gat/muscle.html
It is supposed to help me gain muscle at the same time help with my weight loss. I THINK it is helping but if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
Also Im looking to thin down (not bulky I'm simply overweight) so can anyone tell me what weight loss supplements to use (and what side effects there are)
I am a tennis player and a goalkeeper so I'll like to be cut instead of bulking my muscles
Thank you for all your helps!

ive never been 'overweight' but i have helped people with dieting. when i am trying to slim down i eat grilled chicken and baked beans all day. eat 6 times a day. for fat i eat peanutbutter. the best way to slim down is to be strict with dieting. diet first, workout second. stay away from salty, greesy foods; ham, french fries, burgers(although i love hamburgers), mainly fast food. another rule i go by is fat content should NEVER out number protien content. 2:1 ratio is the highest i go protien:fat. get in the habit of looking at health labels. there are other tricks too, just explore this site.

healthy diet + cardio + workout = fastest results. Make sure you dont go all out at first because you will always want to go back to your old habbits. Youve got to trick your body.

i dont agree with diet pill as well, but im no expert on em so my opinon has no merit. Just keep the cardio up and the eating habits. Your probably gaining muscle and thats why youre stuck right now. The main thing is to be patient and not to give up. Itll come eventually. Hang in there bro <3
