Cardio Question

Im 5'11 170 9% body fat i have good size and shape i wanna no if i should do 20-30 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week to slim up a bit i wasent planning on changing my diet so should the cardio make me lose some of my fat i wanna be five percent or should i got on a cutting diet

You do no that droping under the 5% isnt good... Why would you want to do that anyways? 9% is a good number.

im just cutting up mabey six percent then im going on like a year bulk ther is a bodybuolder guy at my gym he says i should compete in a few months he would help me but i think id be to light i dont no
