Cardio Question
Im 5'11 170 9% body fat i have good size and shape i wanna no if i should do 20-30 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week to slim up a bit i wasent planning on changing my diet so should the cardio make me lose some of my fat i wanna be five percent or should i got on a cutting diet
