ok im only 14 yrs old 6 feet tall and i weigh about 165(pretty skinny and low body fat). last summer i maxed out on bench press at 200 pounds. when i first started liftin i could only max out on 95 pounds weighing 140. so 2 me this was a good strength increase. well until i found out reading my dads old scrap book. when he was about 16 or 17 yrs old he was 5'11 weighd about 155 pounds(REALLY skinny but ripped) and could bench press 260 pounds! and when he was at his peak he weighd 180 pounds and benched 330! I just wanna know how i can gain really good strength with a low body weight. My dad told me he worked with low rep sets 2 build strength but wouldnt this make u gain muscle weight also? If u could please post your comments I would appreciate it. Thank You!
