supplement/ weight training help. PLEASE!!!!
I just completed my collegiate career in track, and have since gained weight afterwards. (go figure huh) I am looking to loose fat, and maintain muscle since I am pretty muscular already (though you cant see it b/c of my high body fat). I am working on cleaning the diet up, but should I change my weights from lower reps / heavy to lower weight higher reps? What supplements should I take for my goals? I will admit I am pretty sketchy on a lot of supplements b/c of the health side effects that are discovered yrs later. I am looking for a good whey protein powder, any suggestions. Right now I only take a Centrum multi vitamin. (I am 22, 5’2 and about 147 lbs)
