supplement/ weight training help. PLEASE!!!!

I just completed my collegiate career in track, and have since gained weight afterwards. (go figure huh) I am looking to loose fat, and maintain muscle since I am pretty muscular already (though you cant see it b/c of my high body fat). I am working on cleaning the diet up, but should I change my weights from lower reps / heavy to lower weight higher reps? What supplements should I take for my goals? I will admit I am pretty sketchy on a lot of supplements b/c of the health side effects that are discovered yrs later. I am looking for a good whey protein powder, any suggestions. Right now I only take a Centrum multi vitamin. (I am 22, 5’2 and about 147 lbs)

keep the weights the same. Add in some cardio. The only supps right now would be the whey (Optimum Nutrition is good (ON) as well as Sustain by Designer Supplements), and fish oil caps. That's it--most of fat loss comes from diet so make sure that is awesome and the fat will come off!

I loveeee Optimum Nutrition shakes! I got the Chocolate Mint kind and before I had to force myself to drink protein shakes, I hated them! I now loveee this. If you are going to get protein, this should be it!
