Hello bodybuilding world.. Today the most awsome thing happend. I found the best way to cut unwanted fat.. First to do this u need a few items.

    1. A sense of humor
    2. A shower
    3. Time

What I did was took a steaming hot shower for about 7 hours I lost an awsome 15 pounds of body fat. I went from 215 to 200 pounds. It was great, u to can lose weight this way..

    * note This really don't work, it is a joke. Seeing all of the crazy s@#t that is going on in the world I thought u could use a little humor. Enjoy your day..

    Hey sychokid,
    Question for ya.

I haven't used creatine since my first week of bulking, I only have 2 maybe three weeks left in bulking. Would it be pointless to start back using it just for these few weeks? It is cell tech, also is it a bad move to continue to use it while cutting?

Well, if you already ahve the creatine, then you might as well use it. I wouldn't use it when cutting and I would save the money but some people do.
