How long have you been training for? First i'd say steroid is for advanced peopoe only and don't get offended at 19 i don't think you've tried all methods yet so if I were you i would not take gear that soon ( biuld some solid muscles first).
When I cut up i try to raise intensity while keeping some weight on. When cutting the most important is not to lose muscle mass and personally I've found good to lower rest between sets while staying around 8 reps per sets.
I also like pre exhausting with a isolation exersise ( cable cross for chest for instance) on high reps ( 4-5 sets of 15) before "normal" sets.
Supersetting is also good. But, it's only MO, i don't see the point to use long reps when cutting calories down. I've tried in the past and I ended up all flat!
But don't forget the most important is DIET DIET DIET.
Supplements I take when cutting: Animal cuts, prolab megapacks, chromium piccolinate, ZMA, extra VIT C ( there is some in prolab), caffein.
Hope it helps. Send PM if needed.

I second DIET. Without getting this key element right, anything else would be worthless. IMO diet/cardio are the keys to cutting, not necessarily lifting weights. I lift to get bigger, I run to get leaner.
