    N-cinerate here we go

    ok guys just got it yesterday so i will starting my log today, ill be taking 2 capsules twice daily for the first couple days then up it to 3 caps twice a day. i will be taking them 30 mins before meal # 1 and 30 mins before meal # 4 ( so its before i go to the gym) .

    today is shoulders traps and abs for me so i will post as soon as i get back from the gym tonight and let every1 know if i felt any change in energy. im excited to see how it goes.

    ok guys heres some stats and info:

    6"2
    weight :205lbs - 208lbs
    im about 10% to 12% BF

    i hold most of my BF around my mid section over my abs so my goal will be losing the bit of fat round my midsection so that my abs look better( i will post pics soon) dunno why but i hold almost all my fat over my abs i can see the top two good but the rest r kind of under the bit of fat (i can feel all of them though) This will be my first fat burner so i wont be able to compare it to other ones, however i will give my honest opinion bout the product. Also i have been having some crap workouts because of lack of energy so i will keep a close eye on that and see if it helps with energy.

    directions are to take it twice a day 3 caps 30 mins before you meal
    but you should start with a lesser dose to see how your body reacts(that is why im starting with 2 and not 3 caps for a couple days)

    haha ya i like the label its badass


    heres the diet pretty much

    meal #1 1 cup of oats 40 grams of whey and 1 apple

    meal #2 chicken and rice and broc

    Meal#3 same as #2

    meal#4 salmon and rice

    workout

    meal#5 rice and chicken or 1 can of tuna or red meat

    meal #6 40 grams of whey and maybe a chicken breast or something small


    also i take a proteint shake after my workout with 40 grams of sugar(gat powder)

    ok my first workout was great i did shoulders traps and abs towards the end of my workout i felt like i wanted to spend another hr in the gym, and im not sure but i swear i felt like i had more vacularity than normal.

    today i have to do tris and bis ill let every1 know how that goes right after.

    Hey guys,
    sorry for the delay as i wasnt feeling very good for a few days( some kinda ear infection) anyway im better now, ive been taking my Ncin just like im posed to the thing ive noticed most is energy through out the whole day. my workouts have been awsome even while i wasnt feeling very good my workout were still better than when i wasnt taking Ncin. so far so good i dont think ive noticed any fat loss yet, but i think its a bit too soon for that. sorry it took me a while to update i will stay on top of it better.
