    Best sources of Carbs throughout the day??

    So what exactly are the best sources of carbs to have throughout the day (besides PWO)??? Oats, Whole Wheat Toast, some types of pasta, what else is good to have???

    Sweet potatoes, rice, oats, veggies. I like to keep complex carb intake to the morning and around workouts and fibrous for the other meals.

    whole grain bagels/bread.

    if they have more than 5-6g of fiber per serving, they are probably good for you.

    I found bagels the 50g of carbs, 3g if fat, 8g of fiber, and 10g of protein - LOVE 'EM!

    i would say just make your own with olive oil, basalmic vinegar or mustard
    you need healthy fats to abosorb some of the nutrients from the vegatables in the salad, around 6 grams at least

    sounds like a good way to put on fat
    and unless you're a 300lb ectromorph on a bulk with an overactive thyroid there's no way you're eating those macros in your sig
