Dehydration is one of the major causes of muscle cramping.

It is possible you are not drinking enough water with taking creatine. My suggestion is to up your water and see if that helps

creatine will indirectly cause cramps, because it pulls water into the muscle cells. You need to be drinking at least 1 Gallon of water a day.

There was a study done at the uni of Memphis. The study has proven NO Creatine does no cause cramping. Although many cases have shown that people who had been supplmenting creatine have being getting cramps. The Uni of Memphis than cunculded that it may be an product in the Creatine that casues the Creating.

Dhydration will cause crammping also. Many people who run experience cramps. This can be casued from dyhidration.

For me. I get sopme cramps just sitting here from something in the Creatine.
