That is an excellent question Mikolash! Chin-ups are also a great exercise for your biceps,
also for one's back musculature. Try to do these strict. A slow to medium speed is best.
Keep swinging to a minimum. With an under hand grip grab hold of the bar from the top
or bottom and start chinning. If you find this too difficult use the lat pull down machine,
or the chin-up/lat machine. If your body weight is too easy attach a dumbbell to a
custom made belt. Aim to reach the bar to your chin, and change the grip widths every
so often in order to work the back/biceps from a variety of angles. The reason for the
under hand grip is because the biceps are put into their strongest position.

Greetings Liquidtension, BigRowbin35 here! Concerning preacher curls, keep in mind that yes the tension significantly
drops off at the top of the curl, mind you it is imperative to consciously flex the biceps in this position, or else the
muscle remains soft. Keep this in mind when doing this exercise. Plus, implement slow negatives.

I hope these tips will benefit you Liquidtension in your quest to building bigger biceps.
