muscle hardness?..
Anyone know how u can improve on muscle hardness. My are kinda soft feeling?..
suggestions/comments

Reason I asked is creatine makes you retain water, that could have been it. But...
How long have you been working out? When you first start out when your muscles aren't conditioned they can tend to be soft a lot of times.

Muscle hardness and density come with age. It's called muscle maturity. Also if you have a high amount of fat on you then that would be a factor also.

Not necessarily true. My muscles have always been hard, even when I was a kid, albeit tiny.

a small bit of fat on youre muscles can make it look a bit bigger and softer

Really it's BF.
As your pushing that layer of fat around, i was really hard before bulked, veins on chest, now nothing  lmao but oh well.
Just give it time, build some mass on those pecs, it will be all the more when you cut for summer.

most likely fat. However water plays a larger role in hardness as well.
