need advice

I have a log that i am keeping track of my diet and workouts as a program to lose weight..

could you check it out and give me any advice or changes that i can use to make it better? I haven't had alot of responses so i thought i'd ask here.... thanks!

You've received some good advice in that thread - most of those members post in the female section too.

But I have to say, for someone who is "obsessed with bodybuilding", your boyfriend told you a shocking leg workout...

You've done all isolation exercises and no compounds. The abductor machines are useless. Where are your squats and stiff legged deadlifts? Lunges?

i do my own leg workouts by myself.. he doesnt help me with that part.. i guess i could ask him to help me.. i just didnt really want to do his leg workouts with him.. but i could broaden my horizons..
