    Exclamation Chest/Biceps instead of Chest/Triceps.. Read

    the traditional routine has always been to train each bodypart once a week: Chest/Tris , Back/Bis, Legs/Shoulders

    if i had to do:
    Chest/Bis, Back/Tris, Legs/Shoulders

    would I be working each muscle twice a week (besides legs/shoulders)? and would it also be more effective seeing though most train each bodypart twice a week?

    i do a 3 day split

    On my last routine I was doing everything once a week, so I split it into chest/bi and back/tri's as well... Really let me hit the arms harder because bi's/tri's wouldn't be prefatigued from chest/back work..

    if u like it and u can stick to it then u should do it.....if u find ur not getting a good enuff werkout than change it or if u find ur overtraining then change it...but it seems ok

    chest with bis

    back with tris

    shoulder with legs


    in theory i'd be training each muscle group twice a week
