the traditional routine has always been to train each bodypart once a week: Chest/Tris , Back/Bis, Legs/Shoulders
if i had to do:
Chest/Bis, Back/Tris, Legs/Shoulders
would I be working each muscle twice a week (besides legs/shoulders)? and would it also be more effective seeing though most train each bodypart twice a week?
i do a 3 day split
