A few clean bulk pics....up to 175 from 165
I thought I'd throw up a few bulk pics...got my winter chub goin on...I'm up from 165 in september pics to 175...I really dont think I've put on too much fat....all my lifts have sky-rocketed now that I'm feedin the machine again...quick stats--- 175, 5'9.5, 32 in. waist, 15.5 biceps, unsure about current bf%....will continue bulk through feb. unless I balloon up too much. As always ty for visiting my thread....reps for any critiques or hell just throwin up a post.....

Lookin good man. I agree to keep the bulk goin since you aren't putting on much body fat at all. If you still havn't put on much fat, you could even go past Feb with the bulk. But once again, Good progress!

Yeah, you gained ten pounds of muscle in three months. At this rate, you'll be 225 and ripped in less than a year and a half.
Come on, man, of course you put on some fat. Three pounds of muscle a month? I mean, really.
Still, you look good.

i dont think they need to. with all the supplements people are using, theres notthing really impossible. creatine as far as i know is like steroids, but its legal and so far they havent found any real negative side effects. well its like steroids in the results[/QUOTE]

dont listen to him hes an idiot... 2 pounds of muscle a month plus 1 pound of muscle glycogen storage plus added water weight and people can easily put on 3-4 pounsd of weight a month and stay lean .. OP: good work man

Chest and Shrugs are lacking, excellent work on the arms, legs and excess fat..
Back is nothing to be proud of..
Overall, a job well done.. Keep it up bro..

Hey, I appreciate the candor...By shrugs i'm gonna assume you meant traps?? I think they could use some work as well...and my back..well that is definitely a work in progress...I've brought it up some, but it will take some time... Could you be any more specific about the chest..My upper chest maybe?? Thx again
Mike

Yeah, I think everyone who's into bodybuilding gives this some thought...
At this stage of the game I think I am a bit too busy to put in the time and effort needed to prepare for a contest..( I have a full time career and two contract jobs on the side).., not to mention, three children and a beautiful wife to take care of...Also, I need a few more years of serious back and leg work b4 considering that big leap into competition....thx for the comment though, it was interesting to hear someone ask me that...pretty much a first... repped.
