sorry, bad quality pics, but i laughed pretty hard when i saw these, i've been bulking since mid summer, but this is progress from september to this week.
i'm 180 on the left, i was around 160-165 on the right. sad thing is i was actually benching 225x2 max in the pic on the right, max is only 240x2 now, but all out strength is not my current goal.
