Liquid creatine
Lately I have been asking my dad to consider buying me creatine he said he would talk to his friend who owns a gym about the matter. So my dad eventually talks to his and friend and he recommends liquid creatine because it’s safer on the kidneys. Now I have been doing a lot of research here and the general consensus is that liquid creatine isn’t as good as the other forms, is this true? Will it be safer on my kidneys then say powder creatine?

BOATS AND HOES
LIQUID CREATINE IS CRAP
creatine, over time, degenerates into creatines by-product, creatinine, which is useless.
dont open the bottle, return it, and buy a jug of creatine monohydrate powder

you must not have read the article........
"Creatine degrades over time in water into it's waste product creatinine which is useless in the body and will simply be excreted. Companies who claim that they have stabilized creatine in a liquid are flat out lying to you. One of these companies (I believe Muscle Marketing USA) had a lab assay done on their liquid creatine and the assay found that it only contained 15% of the creatine on the label claim. I would like to further de-credify these companies by noting that one of the reasons they claim their product is so good is because their creatine does not make your retain water. WHAT? As I have stated earlier, this is one of the biggest benefits of creatine, this clearly shows their eagerness to prey upon the ignorance of the public."

There are DOCUMENTED studies, confirming that powdered monohydrate is superior to liquid creatine.

dont tell your dad that liquid creatine "is not as good" tell him the truth! how it flat out DOES NOT WORK. let him know he just wasted $35 on flavored water. there are nuemerous articles on how creatine mono is not bad for you so show him that. bottom line liquid creatine=crap in a bottle ; creatine mono=revolutionary supplement in bodybuilding

NO-Explode only has 1g of creatine per scoop. It is more of a "pre-workout" supplement, rather than a creatine supplement.
I would get plain Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. It will give you better results that NO-Explode, and is less $$-
