    how 2 get rid of lose skin

    i at one point in my life was 283lbs...im currently 205lbs,i plan on cutting about 15-25 more lbs...and i have loose skin on my stomach...and i hate it

    how do i get rid of it? and how long will it take?

    i also have thie problem, i went from 305 to 230 ish and the skin is really loose around stomach and handles. but a plus is that its loose! not blubry ugly fat! ahah

    Is it loose skin or loose jiggly fat?

    Loose droopy skin is thin and stretched out like a deflated balloon, otherwise it's just fat.

    Im getting a tummy tuck, I have stretch marks all over my stomach and my body.

    I went from 280 to 171lb in 1 year.. It was hard work and now im cutting but not all skin will shrink back

    dont fret, you will do ok, but give it time and keep cutting

    Well how long has it been since you lost all that weight? It does take time for it to snap back. Unless the skin is hanging like an extremely thin sheet, there's still fat there, even though it doesn't seem like it...

    it usually is just more fat so keep cutting ,you will eventually lean out and the skin will stretch around abs and muscle, if you have good amount of muscle that is

    Unfortunately, that guy is an idiot and that entire article is retarded. It sickens me when I am forced to deal with people who talk about issues, especially medical ones, while lacking all knowledge and credentials necessary to qualify them to say any word on the subject.
