Hi, I am an 18 year old, i weigh 230 and am 5'10" i have a pretty stocky build.
I was wondering if anybody has an idea of a workout i could do to bulk doing. I have 3 days a week *monday, wednesday, and friday* for right now, until my mom gets a key for our schools weight room.
If you could, please post some workouts and stuff I could do.

You say you like working opposing muscles in the same workwoout. How about this one:
chest/back
quads/hamstrings and calves
