    Any ideas for a workout?

    Hi, I am an 18 year old, i weigh 230 and am 5'10" i have a pretty stocky build.

    I was wondering if anybody has an idea of a workout i could do to bulk doing. I have 3 days a week *monday, wednesday, and friday* for right now, until my mom gets a key for our schools weight room.

    If you could, please post some workouts and stuff I could do.

    Sure. Here are some 3 day splits (working out 3x a week):

    chest/triceps
    back/biceps
    legs/shoulders

    chest/biceps
    legs
    back/triceps

    legs/biceps
    chest/shoulders
    back/triceps

    chest/back
    legs
    shoulders/arms

    back/shoulders
    legs
    chest/arms

    leg/chest
    shoulders/biceps
    back/triceps

    There are a ton too choose from/ Pick one you like and I can help you out with the exercises and thigns like that.

    Do people just think 3 days a week isn't enough or what..come on with some ideas guys...I was thinking about doing the 3 day routine i saw on this website...would that be good ?

    3 days is fine. Some people like abbreviated training and hit where they use very low volume and only train 2 times a wek and people get results with that.

    You say you like working opposing muscles in the same workwoout. How about this one:

    chest/back

    quads/hamstrings and calves

    shouders and biceps/triceps
