A product called vasopro contains 25 mg ephedrine. you take that 1 time in the morning, along with 300mg caffeine and 325 aspirin. And 1 gallon of water.

I heard you can't get vasopro in NY. In that case you would probably need to get it shipped to a friend or relative out of state and then get it from him or her.

Yup, Vasopro is the way to go, you don't really need the aspirin though, unless you are obese. It has been shown to only make a difference for obese people.

Walgreens carries Primatene Tablets. They are behind the counter at the pharmacy. Walgreens is the only place that carries this brand. They have 12.5 mg ephedrine hcl per pill. I don't feel that aspirin is necessary. Studies show that it only helped in the extremely heavy.

Start with 12.5mg E / 200mg C a day. After assessing how it affects you, step it up to 25mg E / 200mg C a day. Then start taking this dose twice a day. You can get up to three doses of 25mg E / 200mg C a day but I wouldn't take any more than that. It should do the job and give you a nice energy boost. Have fun, be safe.

What are Primatine Tablets intended for? Will they just give them to you if you ask for them? What other ingredients does it contain?

They have: 12.5mg Ephedrine HCL & 200mg Guaifenesin per pill. It is intended as a bronchodialator i.e. asthma medication.

You have to show your ID to show you are over 18 and sign a book. They don't ask any questions. It is about $11 for 60 12.5mg pills. If they ask just say you have asthma.

Question: I heard that taking aspirin like that is not good for your stomach lining, or maybe it was liver something or another, I will try and look where I found that.

Are you taking the full ECA combo with Scorch ? Be very interested in how you are getting on.

Re Aspirin - some people find it irritates their stomach lining and can lead to ulcers - that's why some prefer paracetamol or ibuprofen as a painkiller.

If you don't have this problem, then I can't see an issue in taking it as it's been in use for a very long time. It is also recommended as a daily 'supplement' by the Dept for Health in the UK for people with a family history of strokes/heart attacks as it thins the blood/helps reduce blood clots.

Tons of info. There's good science behind it, but when it comes to results I think like most fat burners they only really work cause they are appetite suppressants.

Define "quite a few" - yes, a couple people who took several times the recommended dose, or didn't drink any water, or had a history of heart problems died. But a couple people have died or had heart problems related to drinking Red Bull.

Actually read the fine print associated with just about any drug and look at the side effects they list.

If you're smart and follow the dosage info and other precautions it is safe.

Wallmart, CVS, and Walgreens all sell it (Primatine or Bronkaid). Expect a bit of harassment (varies with each employee). But it is illegal for them to inquire about any medical conditions you may have (I mean demanding to know before selling it to you). You'll have to show your ID and sign for it, but dont let people walk all over your rights.

Look at Terracotta's thread on this forum. Its LOOONG and contains a ton of great info including getting started on the stack, effectiveness, interactions, diet requirements, etc. As someone else said, EC(A) is just a *small* boost in losing weight. The bigger you are, the more it will help. But dont think that you can get away without putting the HARD work in and just taking a pill.

I take the aspirin (125mg) with each dose for its blood pressure lowering qualities. My BP is not high, but varies into the borderline rejoin occasionally (I am a smoker, btw). I bought an at home blood pressure monitor and check it regularly as I have added risk factors.

You should maintain a high potassium intake (avacados!), especially if low carbing. Low potassium levels are associated with heart palpitations. I suggest fish oil and flax oil for heart health as well.

I have been on the stack off and on for the past 11 weeks, and just went to a full dose on this cycle (25E/200C/3x per day). Im not stim sensitive, but again, im overly cautious about my BP.

BE CAREFUL when taking this supp. Its safe if done right, but its not foolproof. Listen to your body and increase dosage slowly.

Has anybody used any other Ephedrine than Vasopro? I was talking to the guy where I buy my supps from and he said not to use that because it's a synthetic. I should be looking for something that's a little more natural......

I use Pure Ephedrine...but i dont know what the guy meant by synthetic.....wouldn't all Ephedrine HCL be?....other than Ephedra (the herbal version which is banned) don't know what else you can get

what is best? vasopro, bronkaid, or primatene....

you can get them all on amazon and i'd imagine you won't have to deal with the hassle of signing anything or dealing with the people at walgreens who may be anal about it. Bronkaid doesn't seem to list the ingredients on amazon so not sure how much ephedrine is in that.
