whey protein and egg protein is the best protein for you and is digested and used best
casein, milk protein, animal protein and soy come after18 yrs old
6'2" about 190lbs
max bench press: 295lbs
bf: maybe around 12-13%
bulking up to 205lbs, then cutting for summer
