This is my first log so bear with me here. i have done much research on this and have decided to run a JW cycle. yes i am 18 years old, many people will diagree with this saying i am too young. however i have seen younger users who got good results from it. i have also never seen a log of this done my someone my age. so if all your going to do is flame me, then dont bother posting here. e-doctors can also leave. please leave comments as you wish, but keep the flaming to a minimum. i feel this will be interseting, so get what you can out of this "one of a kind" log. Ps. the bottle says for those 18+
I will be running Jungle Warfare for 8 weeks at 3 caps a day

Long Term Goal: Compete in and win Mr.Michigan title

Day 1
got my JW in the mail, so here i shall begin the journey through the Jungle!!
Diet:today was pretty ****ty as far as eats are concered, got like no food, need to go shopping, so i did what i could.
Breakfast-Vits
25g whey
3 eggs
1 slice pizza
2 packs Ramen noodles
PreWO- 2.5g CEE, 200mg caffeine
25g whey
PWO- 1 scoop Storm
15 mins later-60g whey, 60g dextrose
lunch#1- Vits
1 pack macaroinie(sp), .5 lbs lean beef (took first JW)
Lunch#2-
1 can tuna
some cookie dough from my GF lol (took second JW)
Dinner-
Bowl cereal
Dinner#2-
1 can Raviole with cheese
1 can chunky split pea and ham soup
Before bed-
1 container low carb yogert
2 cups skim milk
1tbs peanut butter (took last JW)
Training-Arms(was short on time so ill do calfs tomarrow with delts/traps)
Skull crushers- 3x8-105 lbs
One arm Db extention- 3x10-30lbs
Db kickback- 3x10-25 lbs
BB curl- 3x8-105
Alt Db curl-2x8-40
Alt Hammer curl-3x10-40
Concentration Curl-2x8-40
i train everything but chest at home, so i have limited equipment, and my college gym such to bad, so all i do there is chest.

Thurs-Arms/calfs

Sat- OFF
Sun- OFF
History- used to Box, then did MMA, loved it but loved getting huge more lol, so i bodybuild. have been lifting several 50lb sand bags tied to a steel bar, used that as my barbell, would also tie Dbs to it for more weight. because of this i could never squat or deadlift. i saved up and got a 300lb olympic BB, now im workin on getting more plates, a bench, and squat rack. unfortunalty i have a... *cough* bowflex* cough*..., but i dont use it anymore, because it SUCKS!!!!!!!!! im tryin to get rid of it but parents wont let me lol.(cause they relized it was a ****ty investment), the BF gave me a lil size, but no strength, so i stuck to sand bags and other "odd" weights. i also just built my own squat rack, so i havent had much time to squat, which is why it sucks lol, but i love doing it.Chew Crew

good luck with your log. I will be checking in randomly...im intersted to see how it will hit you at your age. Do you have anything on hand in case you get lethargic? a lot of people report lethargy as a side including myself. Im sure that caffine will help but you might want to check into Ergolean AMP (havent tried it but heard good things) or even good ole shock for preworkout. shock+storm=ultimate grape energy drink!

i boxed for like a year, mostly street, ya know how it is, i had like 200 fights lol, mostly against the same people, we just loved beatin the **** out of each other lol, had to stop cause i fuked up my shoulder
as for the lethargy i got caffeine, also got some lipo 6 left over from the summer cut, so i guess i could use that if i had to. i to amvery interested to see how this will hit me at me age, hence the reason for a log

no you want to stick with 3. I took 4 during my second bottle and im less than 180.
Yeah ideally you want to take them every 8 hrs. And just as SSW said, take them with carbs. The reason for this is due to insulin i believe. Some people report headaches when they dont take it coupled with carbs.

depends on if you are bulking or cutting. If you are bulking you need to have a cal surplus of quality cals and make sure you get enough protein (~2x your body weight) If cutting you will want less obviously. I was eating about 4k cal/day on JW and I felt like i lost a lot of body fat. According to the measurements it only dropped around .5%. maybe the combination of that and gaining muscle made it feel like more.

Day 2
weight was 255, down 5 lbs, this is not uncommon for me however, i can fluctaute 10lbs from morning to night some days.
Libido was deffiently good, my GF paid for that one lol
other than thatm still not feeling it, as expected
Diet:was ok today, could have been better, still low on food in the house
water: little over 2 gallons
Meal 1-vits/JW
25g whey
4 eggs
2 english muffins
1 large bagle
PreWO-2.5g CEE, 200mg caffeine
25g whey
PWO-1 scoop Storm
75g whey
90g dextrose
Meal 4-
1 box macroni
.75 lb lean beef
Meal 5-
50g whey (short on time )
Meal 6-vits/JW
4 slices home made pizza at GF house
Meal 7- (more of a snack)

5 slices banana bread w/ light butter
Meal 8-JW
1 container low carb yogert
2 cups skim milk
2 tbs peanut butter
Training-Delts are a very weak point of mine, so i hammer the hell out of them, and go all out out with the massive food quantities today.
Stength was WAY the hell DOWN. just an over all bad day of training. im NOT attributing this to the JW, simply just being fried at the end of the week, muscles need a rest. got some massive calf pumps today though!
Delts/Traps/Calfs-
Standing one legged calf raise- 5x15-12-BW+55lb
Standing calf raises(burnout)- 2x25-22-BW+55lb
Standing Millitary Press- 2x6-175lb, 4x6-7-165lb , 2x8-155lb- wow that sucked
Bent Rear Laterals- 1x8-40lb, 4x8-10-30lb- usually would have used 40s for all 5 sets
Side Laterals-6x8-25lb- would have done with 30s, very bad stamina here
BB Front Laterals- 3x8-75lb- i dont over do it with these cause there still sore from chest day, and i have a bad shoulder
BB Shrug-4x12-8-300lb- could have gone heavier with less effort on a good day
so overall i had a bad workout, but i got it done so that all that counts, after my 2 days off, and the JW kickin in, i think ill be able to bang a little more weight.
i have high hopes for monday, my favorite day of the week, LEG day!!! ill still post diet and how im feeling over the weekend tho, so dont worry all of my loyal readers!! (yea right lol) PeaceChew Crew
