Alright, I'm 20 years old and have torn cartillege in my right hip.
I've also got major ligament damage in my right knee.
My left ankle too, is heavily damaged and i'm undergoing extensive physiotherapy.
My hip and knee have to operated on early next year, which i'm realllllly pissed off about.
So i am now wondering what leg exercises i can do to maintain bulk without being too strenuous on my legs.
I know it sounds like an oxymoron, no work to keep big legs, but there might be an answer.
Let me know.
Thanks

Hip, knee, and ankle injuries? Umm... nothing comes to mind right off the bat, probably because that pretty much coveres all of the muscle groups in you legs. I'd go to a physical therapist or talk to your orthopaedic surgeon to find out if there is anything you can do.
A work in progress...
