yesterday was a great workout, i felt really energized(way to jittery, but energized). here it is:
One-Arm Row- 50, 55, 60, 65
Close Grip Pulldown- 165, 165, 172.5
Wide Grip Pulldown- 150, 157.5, 165
Cable Curls- 110, 110, 110
Cable Crunches- 190, 190, 190(all x10)
i felt really supercharged for my one-arm rows. i did 50 and it felt light, i moved my way up to 60 and it still felt light, than i went to 65 and it still felt light, but it was already my 4th set, so i stopped. i felt like i couldve easily gotten 75lbs, which i think is amazing, seeing as how i was doing 50lbs only 2 weeks ago for 8 reps.
im not gonna hold any punches so i gotta say that Revitalize X tastes terrible. but if that energy boost i had yesterday can be attributed to the Revitalize X, it might be worth suffering through. im hopin thats the case

Actually you will get a 30 day test supply as you will get another bottle with your Quick Cleanse. The taste everyone talks about is the aminos. My suggestion is use less water or mix in Gatorade. We are improving the taste, but don't want to add a lot of sugar to it. The energy you felt I am sure is from the Revitalize. It is great pre and post workout. Hope the suggestions for taste help.

i felt energized again today and was still pretty jittery, must be the Revitalize X! heres my workout, all for 5 reps except for the dips which are 3x8:
Bench Press- 145, 145, 145
Dumbbell Incline Bench- 90, 90, 90
Dips- 3x8
Upright Rows- 75, 85, 85
Leg Extensions- 200, 215, 215
Deadlifts- 225, 225
Shrugs- 300, 300, 300
i improved on my bench a lil bit, and on the leg extensions, so it was a good workout

tonights workout my rear delts felt a lil sore but that didnt stop me from having a great workout!!! everything 3x5 except the cable crunches which were 3x12:
T-Bar Rows- 90, 95, 97.5
Seated Rows- 140, 150, 160
Wide-Grip Pulldowns- 150, 157.5, 172.5
Barbell Curls- 75, 75, 75
Cable Crunches- 190, 200, 200

today was an AMAZING workout. i improved 10lbs on both the incline, flat bench, and dumbbell bench press!!! i even went up 20lbs on the leg press!!!

Hanging Leg Raises- 2x10
one-arm rows are up, close-grip pulldowns are up, and barbell curls, although i kept them at the same weight, felt a lil bit easier than usual. this strength training is really working for me, but now i have a 2 day break while i go snowboarding in pennsylvania!!!!!

it was a good workout again, ive been improving on weight very quickly, a lot faster than i thought actually

Dumbbell Incline Bench- 110, 110x3(i failed )

Squats- 95, 105, 105
Deadlifts- 225, 235
i improved again on the bench press. i pretty much crapped out on the incline bench, i got pissed and stopped it, lol. upright rows, i think i couldve done 95, but i couldnt find the bar . i improved 20lbs on shrugs . i have pretty bad knees, so squats are very very painful, i really shouldnt even do them at all. Deadlifts, i finally improved on them, i started to think i never would.

i definitely feel like im recovering better. ive been working every muscle once every 4 days(2 day split), which is a big change for me cuz i used to work each muscle once every 6 days(3 day split). im assuming that the reason my strength is going up so much is because my recovery is up. ill keep at the strength training until the end of this log to see how much i can advance while using Revitalize X. ill also post up another back pic when im done to see if theres any difference size-wise, although i dont except a big difference since i am shooting for strength right now.

heres todays workout, nothing special to report, i actually felt a lil tired. i left school at 10 and went to the gym at 12 so it was an early workout for me, thats probly why.
Dumbbell Bench Press- 110, 120, 120
Incline Bench- 135, 135, 135x3(failed on the 4th rep )
Pec Deck- 150, 150, 157.5
Lateral Raises- 17.5, 20, 20(per hand)
Shrugs- 320, 320, 330
Leg Extensions- 200, 215, 215
Deadlifts- 235, 235
i improved on the dumbbell bench a lil bit, my incline bench was a lil better, my lateral raises improved by 5lbs, leg extensions are up and deads area a lil bit better too. im very proud to say that ive improved on at least 2 things every time ive gone to the gym this month!! its been great

christmas eves workout was a good one. i felt really energized, was a little jittery too:

Concentration Curls- 35, 35, 35
Cable Crunches- 190x12, 200x12

my wide-grip pulldown dropped a lil bit today, but its no surprise to me, the other times i pulled 172.5, i was really killing myself. i improved on the close-grip pulldown though by 7.5lbs. also concentration curls were up a bit.

im almost done w/ the first tub of Revitalize X, will i be getting the 2nd tub and the quick cleanse soon(about 3-5 days)? my weights were down a lil bit today on everything but i can attribute that to my lack of food yesterday while i was snowboarding for nearly 9 hours and a total of 4 hours on the road. also my legs were still so sore from yesterday that i skipped my leg workout today:
Bench Press- 155, 155, 160x4
Incline Bench- 100, 100, 100
Dips- 2x8, 1x6
Upright Rows- 85, 85, 85

well i finished the tub yesterday and it lasted a lot longer than it says it should. on the tub it says 30 servings @ 2 servings a day=15 days. it actually lasted me 25 days @ 2 servings a day. i think Hard Nutrition should update the label. also wasnt i supposed to recieve a 2nd tub and quick cleanse? i guess it really doesnt matter cuz 1 tub lasted almost 30 days anyway.

MY FINAL REVIEW:
well i never recieved the second tub and the quick cleanse, which would be due to either it got lost in the mail or they just forgot(thats a company i wanna buy something from*sarcasm*). aside from that, i dont feel i gained anything i couldnt have done w/o Revitalize X, so im never going to be buying it again, especially at the $40 price tag. Everything in it seems underdosed far to much to do anything. Also it tastes like **** mixed w/ some more ****. I felt a lil energy boost from it, but that was only the first day i used it and that couldve been from something else. I hate to give a bad review, but people, save your money and put it towards something worth it like x-factor.

Your second tub and Quick Cleanse are on the way. They are for everyone. We were hit with some nasty snow storms here in Colorado, over 46 inches in 2 weeks and it delayed everything. We do apologize for that.
