well I starting a workout journal seems to help lots of people I don't eat right. I surely don't train right but what I do seems to work. I about 5' 7" At 168 pounds at 11% to 12% bf. I want to be 175 at 7% bf. So here goes my routine. Pushups are the main upper body exercise I do anything from hindu pushups to diamond to regular to weighted pushups. I'mm up 20 pushups with my 125 pound g/f on my upper back. I find this helps to gain strength. I also have a 40 pound weight vest. This helps with pushups as well. I have as well two 70 pound dumbells that I use for bicep curls, skull crushers, chest press, lunges(sometime I use the 40 pound weight vest as well), for abs I have a exercise ball I do all sorts of crunches on. I don't count reps with these I just go till it burns. To change things up and for my back i have a pull up bar I use and sometime I'll use the weighted vest for pullups, and chinups I do what ever exercises I want every other day. My supps are creatine, multi, protein powder, fishoil, And right now I'm on the last week of tbomb 2's test booster. Whish seems to work alright. I try to get at least 250 grmasof protein a day. But i eat pretty mush every thing in sight. I will post my start pics soon.

my unorthodox training

not really honestly i don't have time to go to a gym or even afford to so I kind of devised my own way of getting buff. It works but whenever, I do go to lift I should explode in size. I'm much stronger than I look do to endurance training.

well after a well deserved two week break. I moved and I am also about to graduate technical school. I have devised a new workout plan as follows.
40 pound weighted pushups: 6 sets to failure
unweighted pushups: 2 sets or more to 40
weighted pushups 125 pounds: 4 or more sets to failure
chest dumbell press: 6 sets to failure
couple sets of situps
lunges to failure
this is of course just a base plan i can switch it up if i want. This will be changed up from time to time. And super sets are a option as well.~Stylin On U Crew~

well update time. . need to more lately. Just bumped my push up weight to 167 pounds including my own can do sets of 3-5 depending how much I push myself, and I am also doing 40 pound weighted one arm pushups, lunges are still my main leg workout at 180 pounds. Diet is crap as usual and I'm weighing in at 173 I need to cut soon and also need to get more aminos.

needed to update and I changed a few things up here. Right now I'm doing a 3 day split. Push day pull day and a leg day. So far its working out great. I've clean up my diet majorly and have lost a good amount of bf. I'd say I'm around 12% right now at a good 168 to 171 depending. and my pumps are better than ever. Now I'm off to play god of war 2

alrighty today is the fun fun chest and tri workout.(and some abs)( My favorite by far.
Exercies roughly

dips about 4 sets no more i go heavy on those.
weighted pushups maybe 2 sets just to burn out
weighted crunches 3 or 4 sets.~Stylin On U Crew~

training went okay. My db press was good at got my best set 110s for 5 reps which I was pleased with. My dips were just great I had 120 pounds with my body weight for 4 sets. And I did some 180 pound weighted pushups. . that was not to bad at all. Did 2 burnout sets of 5 then 3. Didn't do the cruches but I'm not to worried I'll get to them tomarrow on back and bi day
