Ok,it's a question made lots of times, but BBers seem to disagree..I can't train every day(due to studies, family, friends, girls and other nice things),so I sometimes have opportunity to do it only immidiately after weight training..is it really muscle sparing,or I should continue doing it?
I am speaking about 15-20 minutes of medium intensity cardio

Hope this helps
I agree with rainingphenom except on days I train legs I either perform cardio before training or on a separate day. I like this way of performing cardio and also cardio in the morning. I would advice cardio after training if your trying to get cut up. Not so much if you are bulking. Hope this helps.

Does anyone know what is the highest recommended time limit for cardio adter weight training?About 30 mins lets say?
Is it better having short duration(10 mins) high intensity cardio after weights or medium intensity and about 15 mins? When saying medium intensity I mean about 130-140 bpm and high about 150-160(I'm 20 y old)Enjoy everything, Need nothing!
