I'm taking NOZ (i must say this supplement seems like it aint working but ill wait a bit more to see) and protein right now, im wondering approximately how many liters of water i should drink daily? right now im drinking around 5 liters. i get about 230 g of protein a day and i weigh 210lbs
another questio: how many of you have tried NOZ before?

everyone should get 2-3 gallons of water per day. If your supplementing creatine you should get 3-4.

3-4 is a little steep, for me at least, i shoot for 2 gallons a day and thats pretty hard.

A gallon is all you need. Any more than 2 is unnecessary, and any more than 3 is just plain stupid.
